Strengths: With the such a large amount of services available in the vicinity of Lowellville including many hospitals, health-care services, education programs, & availability of healthcare, if the citizens of the Village of Lowellville are willing to travel slightly outside of their own town, they have a great capacity to receive healthcare.
Weaknesses: The downside of healthcare in Lowellville, is that there are no primary or acute care services available to the citizens of the Village of Lowellville without travel. This can be problematic with the population of older adults who may or may not drive which would limit their access to healthcare.
